Mission
To provide a professional, competent level of contractual service and administrative support for Design & Campus Design and Facilities.
Contracting Services provides contractual administrative oversight of design and renovation projects, deferred maintenance, and Major & Minor Capital Improvement Projects for Design & Construction and Physical Facilities as well as other campus departments.
Our services include review of specifications, development and coordination of contract documents, bid, award, and execution and administration of all levels of Agreements.
The Director works with representatives from Office of the President and General Counsel, and acts as liaison with outside agencies, representing the University in contractual issues at hand.

Certain state laws require the university to follow specified procedures for design, bidding, and construction of projects. The university also has elected by policy to follow additional state laws regarding construction contracting.
